Recruiting Beginning Percussionists – Part 1

Teachers are always recruiting, regardless of the time of year. Every performance, every rehearsal, etc., is recruiting that can affect your future music makers as well as your current ones. Young ones see and hear your ensembles before they are old enough to join. Theyre excited and can’t wait to be old enough to do it. Your current students can look back and see how they’ve grown and how all the hard work has paid off. They have fun while still learning something they can do for the rest of their lives.
